We ship with love and care, but not worldwide 🌍
Due to increasingly complex and unreliable shipping conditions, we no longer ship to all international destinations.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the Netherlands and a selected number of international countries, including several European countries, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the United States or other American destinations.
If your country is available at checkout, we’re happy to send your order your way.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, no worries, we’ll help you sort it out.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition and packaging

With all tags still attached (if applicable)
To start a return, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or piece?
Send us a message and we’ll check availability and help you arrange the exchange.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
